Dutch electrical engineering specialists RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht have jointlky announced that the proposed management buyout has been completed and that both companies have been acquired by the current directors Hugo Loudon and Stefan Braat.
This will enable both companies to further grow and coordinate their operations whilst continuing to innovate for cross-market adoption.
A statement from the directors reads: “In recent years, we have come to know both companies and their customers very well. This, together with strong management and our employees’ craftsmanship, gives us great confidence in our ability to address today’s challenges for tomorrow’s fleet.”
